FALL-iday Cocktail Recipes for You To Make This Holiday Season


Thanksgiving is tomorrow and we know that means two things: Lots of FOOD & lots of BOOZE!


So, in case you're not an expert behind the bar, or you are an expert but wanted to get some inspiration, I've got a few recipes that might be of use this FALL-iday season!



Peaches N’ Cream




Ingredients

  • 1.5oz vodka

  • .5oz apricot brandy

  • .5oz macadamia nut liqueur

  • 1oz peach schnapps

  • 1oz simple syrup

  • 3/4oz half n half

Instructions


Pour the vodka, apricot brandy, macadamia nut liqueur, .5oz of simple syrup & .5oz of peach schnapps into a shaker. Add ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass

Top with peach cream:

Take the half ounce of simple syrup, 3/4oz of half n half and .5oz of peach schnapps in a mixing glass. Use a hand milk frother to whip. Strain on top of cocktail. Garnish with a dried peach.


AJA’s Special Cranberry Sauce




Ingredients


Instructions


Pour all ingredients, aside from sparkling water, together in a mixing glass. Mix and pour into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling water Garnish with cranberries.


GINger Turmeric




Ingredients


  • 1oz chamomile stevia simple syrup; Made with 1 c hot water with chamomile steeped & .75oz stevia powder.

  • 1/2oz cointreau

  • 1/2oz lemon juice

  • 1/8tsp ginger powder

  • 1/8tsp Turmeric powder


Instructions



Pour all together, shake and serve over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger



Orange Dreamcicle




Ingredients


  • 1.5oz Vanilla Vodka

  • 1.5oz Bailey's

  • 1oz Orange Juice

Instructions


Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel wrapped cinnamon stick!


Holiday Sangria v2.

Always switching it up a bit!


Ingredients


  • 2 Persimmons

  • 2 Pears

  • 2 Apples

  • 12 cranberries

  • 1 bottle Chianti

  • 3/4c vodka

  • 3/4c brandy

  • 1c Cranberry juice

  • 1c Pomegranate juice

  • 1c Orange juice

  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cloves

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 star anise


Instructions

Step 1: soak sliced persimmons, apples, cranberries and brown pears in a bowl with 1/4c vodka, 1/4c brandy, a dash of cinnamon cinnamon and a couple star anise over night.


Step 2: pour together in a pitcher the following: wine, rest of vodka and brandy, OJ, Pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, cloves and rest of cinnamon.


Step 3: pour all contents of the bowl into the pitcher. Stir and serve as is, or over ice!
